No BS Technology is a firm believer in privacy. We value our own privacy and will respect the right to privacy of our clients as well.

NoBS Technology does in fact collect data. We keep records of service calls, purchased equipment, work order logs, and much much more. We use this information we collect to help us learn more about how our business operates which in turn allows us to provide better products and services to our clients.

This information is solely for our use only. We will never sell our data to anyone, any company, or any outside source. All e-mail addresses are kept strictly confidential and will never be sold to "list building" type companies.

We do not "record" our phone conversations to provide better customer service. We feel the service is good if there are no calls to record. Should you need to contact us via land line, rest assured your privacy is being respected.

We house no security cameras at any of our locations. There is never any video taping on the premises of NoBS Technology unless all parties involved have signed written consent forms.

We never send out unsolicited e-mails. (SPAM) The only time you will receive an e-mail from us is to confirm appointments, or reminders of service. We will never ask you for any personal information in any of our e-mail correpondence.
